A Taste of Donegal Food Festival isn’t just about the food and cooking, there is another element of top-class drinks being served throughout this 10th anniversary celebratory weekend.
Local bars and restaurants from all over Ireland have gathered at the Donegal Town village to mix up their best cocktails and brews for all the adult visitors. You can meet the producers and mixologists at their stalls or learn top tips from local distilleries in the live demonstration tent.
Whether you want a craft beer or a sparkling cocktail to sip this weekend, you’ll find it at A Taste of Donegal.
Here are the Top 10 Drinks Exhibitors:
1. Muff Gin
Look out for the spuds to find the vintage-style Muff Liquor Co. stand. Here, you can taste one of Donegal’s newest gins (made from potatoes) in a perfect serve with rosemary, orange and premium Fevertree tonic.
2. The Giddy Box
For fun weekend drinks, head to this cute Prosecco and Gin Bar located at the entrance of the Food Festival village. Inside the vintage horsebox is a bar full of unique gins and cocktails – why not try something new?
3. Mescan Beer

4. An Dúlamán

A very cool spot for drinks is the Boatyard Stand in the back tent. Here, you’ll get Boatyard Gin and Vodka drinks from Lough Erne with interesting flavours and garnishes for €5 each.
