Anthony Gorman was delighted with how his Letterkenny Rovers overcame Dunfanaghy Youths in last night’s Ulster Youth Cup final in Bonagee.
Ryan O’Donnell and Conor Friel netted as Rovers took the spoils after an entertaining contest.
It was a final that had been delayed for a couple of months, but both teams served up good value.
“For the season we had, it would have been so unjust if we hadn’t ended with a trophy,” Gorman said.
“I’m delighted that we have one here now.”
