Inishowen singer/songwriter Kevin Carlin has raced up the iTunes charts following the launch of his debut record.
The 19-year-old Burnfoot musician’s single ‘Jigsaw’ passed out Calvin Harris and Katy Parry this week to reach No 21 on the iTunes Dance charts. The acoustic dance track was recorded at Full Tilt Studios.
Kevin has been amassing fans this year through gigging all over Inishowen and Derry as an acoustic performer and vocalist.
He started working with Tommy Conway of Full Tilt Studios in February and got great exposure supporting Feeder at this year’s Buncrana Music Festival. Kevin has been getting great airplay in the north west recently, and is set to get many more plays following this week’s hot release.
