The RNLI Volunteer Lifeboat crew in Bundoran was launched twice yesterday.
The crew were tasked in the morning to aid an angling boat that got into difficulty. The boat, which had two of a crew, got tangled in lobster pots, but was towed safely back to shore again.
In the evening, the lifeboat crew were charged by the Irish Coast Guard to assist a man who took ill off Mullaghmore in County Sligo.
The lifeboat crew took the man ashore and administered medical treatment.
