A Donegal company is looking for a mature person or couple to manage an extremely busy bar abroad.
The ideal candidate will :
● Have at least 5 years experience in Bar management.
● The ability to work on your own initiative.
● Be driven to achieve & increase sales target.
● Have basic knowledge of computerised systems such as Word, Excel & Google Drive)
● Ability to manage and motivate staff.
● To be able to create & promote events to increase turnover.
The successful candidate will be provided with accommodation close to where they will be working.
