Strong winds through the night have affected many areas of Donegal today and left road blockages and thousands of homes without power this morning.
Drivers are urged to take extreme care on the roads this morning, to be on alert for fallen trees and debris and to plan extra time for delays.
A fallen tree which had blocked the Letterkenny to Lifford N14 road at Tullyrap early this morning has since been cleared.
Fallen trees have been reported elsewhere, including Ballyare, Termon and the Lismonaghan road in Letterkenny.
A tree is blocking the road between Rosebank Court & Riverwood on Malin Road in Moville.
HIgh spring tides and winds have resulted in flooding at the Harbour Car Park of Donegal Town.
