There were muscles galore in Raphoe as hundreds of people turned out for a Strongman Competition.
There was great fun for all after a range of events were put on for the serious and not so serious competitor.
At the helm was popular local Garda Sgt Jim Collins.
You could say the strong arm of the law helped organise a great day out!
