A county councillor is hoping the necessary steps are being put in place for a much-needed toilet facility at a local playground.
“It’s very encouraging to see a public toilet now in place for those who use the Play Area here on Gweedore Business Park.
“I have been working with Údarás na Gaeltachta on this and I would like to thank all the staff who worked to make this happen”.
But he added “We need now to work towards getting funding to build a permanent toilet and changing facilities.
“I have been in contact with the Minister’s office in relation to this and will update once I have further information”
