A District Court Judge has said that a Letterkenny man ‘better have cash with him’ the next time he appears before him.
Judge Paul Kelly issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Martin Reilly, who failed to appear at Letterkenny District Court.
Reilly is charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting behaviour and assault at Gormley’s Centra, Circular Road, Letterkenny on September 4, 2015.
Reilly (27) of 2A Illistrin, Letterkenny, is also due to face two charges of unlawful possession of drugs, at Illistrin on 13 March 2017 and at Conneyburrow Road, Lifford, on 18 May, 2016.
“He better have cash with him the next time he appears,” Judge Kelly said.
