Job vacancy: Tailored Facility Solutions Ltd, located in Ballyraine, Letterkenny, is seeking a general manager.
We are looking for an experienced leader with significant experience in leading and developing high performing Facility Management teams.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent skills in communication, business and financial planning, customer service and relationship building.
You will have both the breadth and depth of skills to fulfill the role described above and high levels of energy, and the passion and drive, to lead and embed significant change.
You will have the drive to challenge the status-quo and improve working practices.
You will also have the negotiating and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must at the closing date for receipt of CVs:
Have a third level qualification (such as a degree, HND or HNC) or an equivalent qualification in a subject matter relevant to Facilities Management.
Be able to demonstrate by providing personal and specific examples in a CV, at least 5 year’s relevant experience in the areas detailed below;
a. The effective management of general FM services – The management of ongoing service contracts in accordance with best industry practice.
b. The effective management of FM contract management – Ensure works contracts (projects) managed are completed on time, within budget to meet the customer’s contractual requirements.
c. Change Management – The management of in excess of 30 staff through a defined period of change.
d. Performance Management – Implementing sustained and effective improvements in services.
e. Budget and Resource Management – Successfully managing assets and budgets within competing budget priorities and financial limits including the prioritization and targeting of resources.

Be able to demonstrate on your CV, by providing personal and specific examples of at least 8 years’ relevant experience in the areas detailed at 2a.
