A leading manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator for their busy premises in Buncrana.
Main Duties include:
• Inputting and processing data accurately
• Ensuring data is filed and recorded
• Answering the telephone & message taking
• Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
• General administrative duties
Essential Criteria:
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organised, with a high attention to detail and ability work on own initiative
