The four Drumboe martyrs who were killed in 1923 will be remembered today, along with all of the other volunteers who have died for Irish freedom.
The commemoration will take place today at 2:30pm at the Old Fire Station, Main Street, Stranorlar.
The commemoration will be chaired by Mary Ward, widow of Pat Ward, who died as a result of the Hunger Strikes as a Republican POW in Portlaoise Prison.
The main speaker this afternoon will be Diarmuid Mac Dubhghlais, National Treasurer of Republican Sinn Fein.
Bands and pipers will also be in attendance. Everyone is welcome.
