Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer Contractors, Wills Bros Ltd, are seeking an Office Admin/Site Clerk.
The successful applicant of the 12-month contract will be based at the company’s site office in Mountcharles.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Duties: Various administration and clerical tasks to support this office will include: –
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
· Excellent communication skills required.
· Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Timesheets accurately.
· Excellent typing skills and accuracy with Data Entry.
· Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
· Maintain files and records so they are updated and easily accessible.
· Monitor stocks of office supplies and report shortages.
· Maintain smooth office operations.
· Other duties may be included from time to time but will be within the scope of this job title.
