SCAMMERS have been targeting mobile phone owners in Co Donegal again today.
Fraudsters calling from an Albanian number are the latest to call local phone owners. Under the scam, the crooks can start charging calls to your number.
Gardaí are urging people not to answer the calls and to use settings on their phone to block calls.
The latest number to block is +355 686854060.
