Donegal Chef Brian McDermott launched his highly anticipated new cookery book in his home area of Inishowen last night.
More than 500 fans attended the launch of ‘Brian McDermott’s Donegal Table’ at the Redcastle Hotel and Spa to celebrate the work of one of the county’s best food ambassadors.
Many familiar faces were present at the event, which included panel interviews, cookery demos and a fundraising draw in aid of the Victoria Thompson Scholarship.
‘Donegal Table’ is packed with delicious recipes for everyday cooking, using the best of Donegal’s culinary traditions. The book is out now in bookshops and online:
