Motorists are advised to take caution due to mist and fog in areas, which are expected to clear on Tuesday morning.
A cold night is in store, while there are no weather warnings in place for the north west. A Status Orange alert is still in effect in Leinster, where Storm Emma has its biggest impact. Due to the thaw of heavy snow accumulations, there is an increased risk of flooding in localised areas.
