The Dance Addictions showcase on January 27th in Letterkenny was a huge celebration of dance, dedication and talent by young people from across the north west.
The charity fundraiser, organised by Sarah-Marie McDevitt of Pinehill Studios Letterkenny, attracted hundreds of people and dance troupes to the Mount Errigal Hotel. Seventeen acts competed for the grand title, with the ultimate winners being The Crucibles from the Ballymena Dance Academy.
Parents, siblings, friends and fans filled the room for the competition, cheering on their favourite routines and dancing to the best beats. Some of the audience members were winners too, as an exciting raffle provided 10 great prizes from local sponsors.
This year’s Dance Addictions was in aid of the Children’s Counselling Service at the Pastoral Centre Letterkenny. The final donation total will be announced in due course, but you can review the night with our report (here) and picture special with each act (here).
