Hang on to your hats and your washing after Met Eireann issued a Status Yellow wind warning for across the country.
The new warning has been put in place for all of Ireland as gusts of up to 100kph are on the way overnight on Tuesday.
People in Co Donegal have been warned to stay away from coastal and cliff areas with gusts of up to 110kph forecast.
It comes as the county puts behind more than a week of snow and ice which brought misery to many homes with electricity outages and flooding.
Weather chiefs warned: “Southwest winds are expected to reach mean speeds of between 55 and 65 kph, gusting to 110kph at times on Tuesday night.”
The warning will kick in from 8pm on Tuesday and remain in place until 6am on Wednesday morning.
The outlook for the coming days is unsettled, with “spells of rain and strong winds on most days”.
But today will be mainly dry before the winds pick up tonight.
