Job Vacancy: A leading betting office based in Ballybofey requires an experienced shop assistant.
The role will involve the efficient running of the shop at all times along with the manager while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Acceptance of bets and payments in accordance with company procedures
- Efficient use of screens and keypads to provide accurate information to customers
- Responsible for the accuracy of EPOS
- Ensuring the shop is safe, clean and tidy at all times to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Develop excellent customer relations
Essential Criteria:
- 18 years or over
- Minimum of one year’s cash handling and customer service experience in the same role
- Retail betting assistant experience is essential
