Eleanor Winifred TALLETT (née Mc Clay)
The death has occurred of Eleanor Winifred Tallett (née Mc Clay), Backleas, Stranorlar, Donegal, peacefully at her home in her 97th year, surrounded in the loving care of her nephew and niece in law. Beloved wife of the late Geoffrey, and much loved sister of Gena and the late Ruby and Jim. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sister, nephews, Noel, Norman, Allister and Trevor (Kee), her nieces in-law Glynis, Gladys, Audrie, and Hazel (Kee), great grand-nephews and nieces, Ryan, Malcolm, Gavin, Lesley, Melanie, Irene,and Colin, extended family circle, neighbours and friends.
Remains reposing at the home of Trevor and Hazel Kee, Backleas, Stranorlar on Sunday, Dec 17th, from 10am until 10pm. Funeral leaving from there on Monday, Dec 18th, at 1.30 pm for Service of Thanksgiving in Stranorlar Parish Church at 2pm, with interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
Susan O’MALLEY (née Coll)
The death has occurred of Susan O’Malley (née Coll), Murrin, Fanad, Donegal, in Birmingham.
Reposing at her late residence at Murrin. Removal today, Sunday December 17th, at 1.30pm for Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Massmount, at 2pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice.
Clare CONAGHAN (née McCauley)
The death has occurred of Clare Conaghan (née McCauley), Cruck House, Carrowmore, Gleneely, Donegal.
Removal from her home today Sunday, 17th December, at 12.20pm St. Mary’s Church, Bocan for 1pm Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu , if desired, to Foyle Hospice, or MacMillan Cancer Care.
Pat BARRETT
The death has occurred of Pat Barrett, White Bay Lodge, Lower Drumaweir, Greencastle, Donegal.
Reposing at his residence until removal today, Sunday, December 17th, at 11.15am to St. Mary’s Church, Ballybrack, for Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to The Parkinson’s Association.
Mary Rose O’MALLEY (née Murphy)
The sudden death has occurred at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, of Mary Rose O’Malley, née Murphy, Rahan, Crievesmith, Letterkenny. Wife of Pat O’Malley of Aughrismore, Cleggan, Co. Galway.
Her remains will repose at her late residence from 10am tomorrow, Monday, December 18th. Funeral Mass at St. Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny at 2pm on Tuesday, December 19th, with interment afterwards to New Leck Cemetery. Family time from 10pm to 10am and on the morning of the funeral.
Mary O’BRIEN (née McCormick)
The death has taken place in Arch View Nursing Home, Letterkenny, of Mary O’Brien, formerly Maire McCormick, from Glassaghmore, Cloghan. Predeceased by husband Mick O’Brien. Deeply regretted by Breda and James Ferry, their family, relatives and friends.
Her remains will repose at the residence of Breda and James Ferry, Lisnennan, Letterkenny, from 4 o’clock today, Sunday. Requiem Mass at 12 noon tomorrow, Monday, in The Church of The Irish Martyrs, Letterkenny, with burial afterwards in Kilteevogue Cemetery, Glenfin.
