Mona McSharry missed out on a place in the 50m breaststroke final at the European Short Course Swimming Championships.
In her semi-final in Copenhagen, McSharry, a Sligo native who swims out of the Marlins club in Ballyshannon, clocked 30.39.
The time saw her finish seventh in her semi-final and 12th overall.
It was McSharry’s first senior semi-final and came after she timed at 30.80 this morning in her heat.
McSharry will also go in the 100m and 200m breaststroke, the individual medley and the relay.
