Required experience:
- Parts Management: 3 years
- Autoview or parts system experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking in and selling parts
- Ordering parts, ensuring stock levels and liaising with management.
- To develop and agree Parts Department Plans and Budgets to achieve sales and financial targets.
- To develop and agree annual sales and operating plans and budgets, to achieve agreed financial, market, productivity and resource control targets including:
- Create and agree the organisation and staffing for the Parts Department to ensure the efficient achievement of objective, including:
- Create and establish control systems for all departmental resources.
- Assess trends in all key indicators, agree corrective action and implement in a timely manner.
- Create, agree and implement sales, merchandising
- To ensure efficient and timely operation of administrative systems and operating procedures, including:
- a) Monthly stock orders delivered by the due dates.
- b) Completion of statistical reports by due dates.
- c) Invoicing of all parts.
- d) Stock Checks, Lost Sales, Stock Control, etc.
Key Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of previous experience within a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player
- Computer literature
- Full, clean driving licence.
