There was a great sense of magic and excitement in the air this evening as Santa and Mrs. Claus visited Maghery.
Santa made the trip all the way from the North Pole today to meet all of the boys and girls at Ionad An Mhachaire, and switched on the Christmas lights with a flick of his magic wand.
Santa and Mrs. Claus first met with children with sensory issues who require a calmer environment before the grotto opened up to all of the children.
With twinkling fairy lights, Christmas tunes, and crisp weather, it’s certainly beginning to feel like the most wonderful time of the year in West Donegal.
