Buncrana student Eimear Clerkin has received an Entrance Scholar Award from University College Dublin.
Eimear is a past pupil of Crana College and is currently studying medicine at UCD. She was presented with her recognition certificate at a ceremony in November.
The scholarship is given to recognise the calibre of incoming high-achieving students at UCD. Entrance Scholar awards are presented to first year students who achieve 560 points or more in their Leaving Certificate
