A busy road that acts as a major link between Derry and Donegal has been closed following a road traffic accident.
The Letterkenny Road in Derry has been closed in both directions, the PSNI have confirmed.
It follows a road traffic collision involving four vehicles near Nixons Corner.
Diversions are in place.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
