Job Vacancy: TSA Tyres in Ballybofey, Co Donegal are seeking to recruit an office administrator/bookkeeper.
Duties include day to day office administration tasks such as preparation of accounts, book-keeping, VAT returns, weekly payroll, daily cash and bank reconciliations.
Skills required/ Technical Competencies / Experience:
- An accounts qualification desirable
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office products
- Experience of TEAM Systems accounting software desirable but not essential
- Accurate worker with strong numerical skills
- Experience working in an office environment
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Punctual and reliable
Candidate Requirements:
Level 4 (incl. Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Leaving Cert Vocational Programme)
