A Donegal man was arrested yesterday on more than 30 sexual assault charges.
The man, who cannot be named, appeared at Falcarragh District Court having been arrested at 7.15 yesterday morning.
The charges related to alleged offences dating back to 1998 and 1999.
Detective Garda Bosco Gallagher said the man replied ‘no, not at this time’ to all charges when cautioned.
The man was released on his own bond of €1,000 and has to sign on one day a week at a Co Donegal Garda Station.
