Job Description
- Minimum two years’ experience in busy environment
- Full time hours
- Available to work weekends
- A working knowledge of HACCP
- Work on own initiative as well as take direction
- To ensure quality control and high level of hygiene is maintained at all times
Person Specification
- High attention to detail
- Have a flair for food
- Must be a team player
- Positive approach to work
- Good interpersonal skills with kitchen staff, front of house staff and management
