The Donegal Boxing Board held their annual awards night on Saturday in the Ballyliffin Hotel.
For the third year in a row, Illies Golden Gloves were named as the top club in Donegal, winning the Jimmy Murphy Memorial Cup.
Donegal professional Jason Quigley was a special guest on the night.
Illies puncher Darryl Moran was named as Best Senior Boxer while Chloe McDaid, Illies’ rising star, was named the Best Overall Female.
It was a big night, too, for Carndonagh ABC who saw Clodagh McGonigle win the Michael Bonner Memorial Cup and Labhaoise Clarke was named as the Best Junior Boxer.
Carndonagh’s Jim Callaghan, along with Dunfanaghy’s Eddie Harkin were inducted into the Hall of Fame.
