Philip McHugh was the first home at yesterday morning’s Letterkenny Parkrun, with a new personal best of 20:47.

Philip was very closely followed by Cian Friel in second place after a tremendous battle to the finish line. Aaron Nepgen was the third home, followed by the first woman home, Michelle Maher from Galway City Harriers.

Every Saturday morning at 9:30am, walkers, joggers, fun runners, and elite runners alike come together to take part in this free 5k.

The emphasis is on having fun and enjoying yourself – why not join in next week?
