The inaugural East Donegal Half Marathon, in association with Excel Sports, kicked off at 9 this morning, with over 250 participants taking part.
The route started and ended at the beautiful gardens at Oakfield Park, Raphoe.
The first across the finish line was Olympian Caitriona Jennings with a time of 1 hour 18 minutes 15 seconds, followed by Milford AC’s Paddy Ryan in 1 hour 18 minutes and 39 seconds. Paul Ward crossed the finish line 4 seconds later.
