Shamrock Rovers boss Stephen Bradley says he expects a tight game at Tallaght Stadium tonight against Finn Harps.
The Hoops, who are in third place and looking to give their European qualification hopes a boost, host relegation-threatened Harps this evening (8pm).
It took a late Simon Madden goal to give Rovers a 3-2 win in the first meeting of the teams in Tallaght while Michael O’Connor scored the only goal of the game when Rovers won in June at Finn Park.
Bradley anticipates another tough tussle tonight.
“I expect a tight game,” Bradley said.
“Harps are a team that don’t get beaten by many goals, more often than not, they come with a good game plan.
“They’re hard to beat and dangerous from set pieces and on the counter attack.
“If we play the way we have been in the last three months or so and the way we played last week for 60 minutes I believe we’ll be OK.
“It’s a massive game against Finn Harps. We know they’re fighting for their lives.”
Rovers have Aaron Bolger suspended but, having won their last three League games, are 1/4 while Harps are priced at 11/1 to win the game.
