Letterkenny Parkrun participants were joined by Bishop of Raphoe, Alan McGuckian SJ, as they took part in the weekly 5K.
Bishop Alan McGuckian SJ was ordained earlier this month and has been warmly welcomed by the diocese.
Participants enjoyed ‘heavenly’ weather, with the sun’s appearance making everyone wonder if divine intervention was at play!
First to cross the finish line was Martin Mooney, followed by Aaron Nepgen and Philip McHugh.
Every Saturday morning at 9:30am, walkers, joggers, fun runners, and elite runners alike come together to take part in this free 5k.
The emphasis is on having fun and enjoying yourself – why not join in next week?
