Warehouse Bar + Kitchen are excited to announce that they are renewing sponsorship of the Donegal Gaelic Masters Team for a second season.
The team formed last year and competed in the 2016 All-Ireland Masters Championship which ended with Donegal winning the Shield competition which was a great achievement for the team in their first year back on the Championship.
The Masters All Ireland Championships are affiliated to the Gaelic Masters Association of Ireland, which is geared towards promoting Gaelic games for players over 40 years who are still active within their respected counties promoting active aging and mental health as their ethos.
Paul Gallagher, Chairperson of the Donegal Masters said, “From very small beginnings we gathered momentum bringing together a great squad of players and our management team which has been well supported by the Warehouse Bar & Kitchen.
“Without their kind sponsorship we would not have been able to get this team off the ground and gain initial success. We aim to push on this year and achieve even more success going forward.”
The Donegal Team has over 50 registered players and training for all games is held at Colaiste Ailigh in Letterkenny. The team have had a great start to the 2017 season so far with three wins from three with upcoming fixtures against Sligo, Cavan and Antrim in the Championship.
All post-match events and celebrations will be held at Warehouse Bar + Kitchen who are open daily for lunch and dinner.
