St Eunan’s manager Paddy Flood believes that the Donegal Senior Hurling Championship is as competitive as ever.
Last night, Eunan’s overcame Buncrana 4-8 to 2-7.
Niall O’Donnell (2), Cian Durack and Kevin Kealy bagged the goals for Eunan’s.
“There was no comfort at all,” Flood said.
“They were a threat all the way through the match. They’re a fine team and they will do damage in the Championship.
“The standard is very good, the pace is high at the top level here. We have to work hard to match the teams that make the finals. It’s a great credit to the underage coaches.”
