A number of cars were damaged when a vehicle drove the wrong way up a one-way part of Milford yesterday.

A number of pedestrians also avoided injury when they had to leave the scene of the incident.

An eyewitness contacted Donegal and described the offending car as a blue VW Golf with a Northern registration which was being driven by a woman.

The car failed to stop after the collisions and drove off in the direction of Carrigart.

Locals whose cars were damaged during the incident have offered a reward for information on the matter.

Gardai have been informed of the incident.
