To celebrate Percy Pig’s 25th birthday this July, M&S have unveiled a delicious new cocktail recipe.
All you need to do is throw a packet of Percy Pigs into a mason jar containing 500ml of vodka, and leave it for 1-2 days for the sweetness to infuse.
Fire in 200ml of mandarin juice and give it a good shake.
Pour it over ice before adding 25ml of raspberry purée.
Lastly (and arguably, the most fun part) garnish it with some pink flamingos, cocktail umbrellas, or wacky straws. You could even serve a few Percy Pigs on the side to nibble on as you savour your cocktail!
And voilà. The perfect summer cocktail to sip on as you’re ‘bacon’ in the sun.
