Donegal is one of a number of counties to be issued with a thunderstorm and rain warning for today.

Heavy, thundery rain is set to affect many parts of the country this morning, but until then a number of counties have been issued with a thunder warning.
The yellow weather warning includes counties Donegal, Cavan, Monaghan, Dublin, Kildare, Laois, Longford, Louth, Wicklow, Offaly, Westmeath and Meath.
Met Éireann are forecasting a moderate to high risk of thunderstorms, as well as a risk of localised flooding.
They said the expected rainfall amount is unknown but it could be as much as 20 to 30mm.
