Ardara man Ronan Whyte is set to compete in the World U18 and U21 Snooker Championship in China.
The Chinese Billiards and Snooker Association (CBSA) will be hosting a series of events in Beijing between the 7th and 16th of July, with the best snooker players from across the globe making the trip to China to compete.
Independent Councillor Micheal Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig says; “I would like to wish young Ronan Whyte from Ardara all the best in the World U 18 and U21 Snooker Championship in China.
“It’s a great achievement to go there and represent your Country.
“Enjoy the experience and believe in yourself!”
