TV3’s Blind Date have issued an urgent appeal for men after they have been swamped with applications from women.
Producers are also seeking LGBTQ+ people to take part in the dating show which will air later this year.
Speaking to The Sun, a TV3 spokesperson says; “The only issue we have had with Blind Date is that we need more men. We have been inundated with women but men aren’t applying in anything like the same number.”
The application is quite in-depth; with applicants needing to clarify whether they are married, engaged, seperated, or divorced, and they also ask about your previous relationships and why they ended. They also ask whether you are the subject to ongoing criminal proceedings.
Applications close in a little over a week, so if you’re interested you can apply here.
