A man tried to throw a bag of drugs out of a kitchen window when gardai raided a flat in Letterkenny.
Vincent Whoriskey appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court where he faced a range of offences.
The court heard Gardai raided the apartment at 65 Burnside, Lower Main Street on May 7th, 2016 and found Whoriskey on the premises.
While at the premises they uncovered a range of drugs including cannabis resin, MDNA and cocaine.
Whoriskey pleaded guilty to three separate charges of possession fo drugs for sale or supply.
He also pleaded guilty to obstruction of a member of AN Garda Siochana, namely Garda Emmet Brady.
A community service and probation report has been requested in the case.
He will appear before Judge John O’Hagan again this Wednesday for sentence.
