Job Vacancy: Long-established Donegal-based wood flooring company, Scott’s Flooring, are now seeking to recruit an Administration and Sales Assistant.
The main objective of this post is to provide an efficient service to all existing and potential customers of Scotts Flooring. We are looking for a results driven representative to actively seek and engage new customer prospects.
The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all walk-ins and telephone calls are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
The following provides a summary of key responsibilities:
- Providing an excellent customer experience
- Making sales calls to new and existing clients
- Data entry
- Maintaining sales activity records and preparing sales reports
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing existing systems and processes
- Achieving agreed sales targets
- Office housekeeping and organisation.
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Experience
- Experience in Sales
- Experience in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Sage accounts experience preferred but not neccessary
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Professional telephone and face-to-face manner
- Excellent organisational skills
