Hundreds of households are without water across Inishowen this morning after yet another water mains burst.
Homes from Tooban to Newtowncunningham have been affected.
It is the latest water disruption along the line which councillors claim is in drastic need of an overhaul.
Among those calling for the new line is Cllr Jack Murray who said the situation for local householders is simply unacceptable.
