Letterkenny’s amazing response to Darkness Into Light revealed

Letterkenny is the official home to Donegal’s new Pieta House centre.

So it was fitting last night when the tally for the recent ‘Darkness Into Light’ 5k walk and run was revealed.

And the total is something which all those, more than two thousand of you, who took part can be proud of.

All those who got up early recently for the 4am start can give themselves a well-deserved pat on the back after it was revealed the amount raised was €42,753.

Every cent of that money raised will go towards suicide prevention and to comforting those bereaved by suicide.
