An Garda Síochána have announced a new recruitment drive for hundreds of Garda Trainees.
Up to 800 trainees are expected to be recruited through the drive which looks for recruits who are both physically and mentally fit, resourceful and looking to help out in the community. Early in the year, the Gardaí held a recruitment drive looking for part-time Garda Reserve officers.
Applicants who currently volunteer in their community through the Garda Reserves, Reserve Defence Forces, Civil Defence or any other voluntary organisations are of special interest.
Closing date for applicants is Thursday the 1st of June, 2017, with more information available in the poster below and and on the application form here:
