The Donegal Youth Council were on the road again yesterday as the Sports Recognition for Girls Roadshow traveled to Gweedore.
Over 90 girls from Pobailscoil Ghaoth Dobhair and Pobailscoil Clioch Cheannfhaola participated in the event which offered sports such as Martial Arts, Hip Hop, athletics, Gaelic, soccer and basketball.
The Youth Council have already brought the event to over 300 girls in Letterkenny and Ballybofey so far.
The Donegal Youth Council is funded by the HSE Health Promotion and The County Council and is managed locally by the Donegal Youth Service.
