The Loreto Convent 1967 Letterkenny Leaving Certificate class are organising a fifty year reunion this summer.
The reunion is set to be held in June this year in Letterkenny and will see the coming together of teachers and pupils from the college. The event will allow attendees to catch up, reminisce and learn about what their friends have done since leaving school.
The Loreto Convent Letterkenny was first established in 1854 by The Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary, better known as the Loreto Order and it is one of only nineteen Loreto secondary schools in Ireland.
From the 1920’s until 1976 Loreto Letterkenny was an Irish speaking school, and continued to be a boarding school until 1978.
