Donegal is bracing itself for a scorching weekend with Sunday set to be the hottest so far this year, according to Met Eireann.
It may not be Barbados but who cares when we have the likes of Dunfanaghy, Portsalon and Portnoo.
Temperatures today are set to reach a lovely 17 degrees.
And the temperature gauge is set to rise a little further with this prolonged spell of settled weather set to last until at least Monday.
Why not get out there and enjoy the ‘Coolest Place on the Planet’ this weekend.
From Glenveagh National Park to the cliffs at Slieve League to Malin Head and everything in between.
Get out there and explore all our wonderful county has to offer with most of its being completely free.
But don’t forget to pack a bit of suntan lotion, don’t litter and drive safely.
