A very busy Letterkenny restaurant requires a chef on a full-time basis.
Job Description
• Minimum three years’ experience in busy environment
• Full time hours
• Available to work weekends
• A working knowledge of HACCP
• Work on own initiative as well as take direction
• To ensure quality control and high level of hygiene is maintained at all times
Person Specification
• High attention to detail
• Have a flair for food
• Must be a team player
• Positive approach to work
• Good interpersonal skills with kitchen staff, front of house staff and management
