Donegal Under-21 manager Declan Bonner says tomorrow’s All-Ireland semi-final against Dublin is ‘a huge opportunity’ for his side.
Bonner’s men go into the game (Breffni Park, 2.30pm) buoyed by Monday’s Ulster final win over Derry.
A 13-point triumph, with Lorcan Connor, Cian Mulligan and Michael Carroll netting the majors as Donegal won 3-17 to 0-13, has put them into a last-four meeting with Dessie Farrell’s Dublin.
“It’ll take a big 60 minutes to get over Dublin, but I know we have a huge amount done,” Bonner said.
“It’s a huge opportunity. If we can get the performance levels to the required standard, we’re in with a huge chance.
There are very little between the four teams that are left. It’ll be very tight in most of them. “
